Design Project:

Kitchen Remodel

Focus: Remodel a tired kitchen using the same or similar color palette.

Biggest obstacle: In this project we came across pipes that were behind the soffet and since the client did not want to move the pipes, the decision was made to update the look above the cabinetry and add crown moulding.

Client Requests:

• New fridge and cooktop

• Clear the countertop clutter/ storage solutions

• Match island countertop with main countertop

• Coordinate wallpaper

• Keep lighting

Solutions:

• Utilize appliances already there- dishwasher & oven

• Add storage around oven

• New window trim/ window treatment

• Find large enough slab to cover island and main countertop

• Match wallpaper for accent wall

• Only change out island pendants, keep recessed lights
