Kids Bedroom

Focus: Incorporate pieces that grow with a child starting school.

Identify Problems &/or Client Requests:

  • Carpet was worn out, needed to be replaced

  • Fit a large desk for a child to work on

  • Needed window treatment for privacy and light control

  • Storage solutions for large amount of storybooks

  • Overall old and outdated

Solutions:

  • Use area rug instead of carpet

  • Incorporate desk into design

  • Window treatment: Curtains with black-out option

  • Bookcase for storage, incorporate inside closet

  • Overall update and add fresh & fun colors
